If you use Switch, Maestro or Solo, it is easy for you to shop at Trendcarpet. You select PayPal as the payment alternative in the checkout and you are directed securely to their payment window. Click on "continue", on the left of the page, and you will come to PayPal's bank and credit card alternatives. Tick the card you want to use and enter your details. PayPal's security system provides 100% security for your personal details and the payment is made to our PayPal account at the same time as you finish the payment.

Trendcarpet is growing and during September-October we will move into a new warehouse with 11,000 square meters. Return (Free returns within the EU and UK.)
When sending back a carpet you first have to contact us to get a return dispatch note by e-mail. It is your responsibility that the carpet arrives in an undamaged and unused condition. Make sure that the carpet is well packed.
We cover all return shipping costs arranged using our shipping labels. It is our ambition that all our customers are completely satisfied with the carpets they order from us. We arrange safe return shipping by GLS. Returns are not possible for special ordered sizes.
When a return is completed the same card or bank account you used for the purchase will be credited.
14 day money back guarantee
As a private person (not companies) you have 14 day money back guarantee. You can return your carpet by notifying us within 14 days from when your order was delivered and get your money back as soon as we have received and processed your return. Returns are however not possible for special ordered sizes. You have to package the carpet the same way as it was when you received it. More detailed information can be found under "Return". We offer free return shipping on all orders within the EU and UK to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. More detailed information can be found under "Return".
