In cooperation with Nets card payment systems, all transactions are carried out using the new security standard 3D-Secure. All the information is SSL - 128 bit encrypted and is 100% secure. The money is reserved in your account within 24 hours of you placing your order.

If you use Switch, Maestro or Solo, it is easy for you to shop at Trendcarpet. You select PayPal as the payment alternative in the checkout and you are directed securely to their payment window. Click on "continue", on the left of the page, and you will come to PayPal's bank and credit card alternatives. Tick the card you want to use and enter your details. PayPal's security system provides 100% security for your personal details and the payment is made to our PayPal account at the same time as you finish the payment.

Orders are always sent from our warehouse within 1 day from order date.

Return

When sending back a carpet you first have to contact us to get a return dispatch note by e-mail. It is your responsibility that the carpet arrives in an undamaged and unused condition. Make sure that the carpet is well packed. 

Trendcarpet organizes a safe return for your order, regardless of the amount of products. We charge an administration fee for all handlings of orders at a fixed price of £9.99. It is our ambition that all our customers are completely satisfied with the carpets they order from us. We arrange safe return shipping by GLS. Returns are not possible for special ordered sizes.

When a return is completed the same card or bank account you used for the purchase will be credited.

14 day money back guarantee

As a private person (not companies) you have 14 day money back guarantee. You can return your carpet by notifying us within 14 days from when your order was delivered and get your money back as soon as we have received and processed your return. Returns are however not possible for special ordered sizes. You have to package the carpet the same way as it was when you received it. More detailed information can be found under "Return". We offer return shipping to the low price of £9.99 on all orders within the UK to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.
