What color should your carpet have?

Work with colors that go tone on tone. For example, if you have a dark grey headboard, you don’t necessarily need to buy a dark grey carpet. Maybe you want the carpet to be a big and bright splash of colour in the room. If so, we recommend that you add some other colorful details in the room, maybe a vase or a bunch of flowers. This is to avoid making the room feel less uniformed, which is a risk if you have a carpet in a nuance not represented in any other objects in the room.

If you think it will work in your room, choosing a dark carpet can be practical. A dark carpet hides spots and dirt a lot better than a lighter carpet does.
